1. Shipping Areas and Carriers

Shipping Area:
We currently ship within the United States only.

Primary Carriers:
Orders are shipped using reliable domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping:
At this time, international shipping is not available. Please check our website for future updates.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Items marked with specific shipping timelines (for example, “Pre-order” or “Ships in 5 business days”) will follow the timeframe stated on the product page.


3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped, not the order date.

4. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $50 shipped within the continental United States.

Orders under $50 will incur a standard shipping fee of $5.99.

Expedited and Overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.


5. Order Tracking and Changes

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible. Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment.


6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered, and the correct item will be shipped promptly.

Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is accepted, a refund or exchange will be processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once the items are delivered to the carrier. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages after shipment, assistance will be provided in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when possible.
